Collect room keys and check inn

17:00 hrs: Hi-Tea then buses leave for Sightseeing to Rana Pratap Memorial and Sahelion ki Bari

19:30 hrs: Cultural Night at Ananta Lawn

20:00 hrs: Dinner at hotel

Overnight stay at Udaipur in respective hotel

DAY 2 (16th October)

07:00 hrs: Breakfast at the hotel

09:00 hrs: Proceed for sightseeing to Udaipur City Palace and Shopping

13:00 hrs: Return to hotel

13:30 hrs: Lunch

15:00 hrs: Post lunch proceed for Conference and meetings at assigned conference halls.

Ladies attend Program at ‘Niligiri” Hall

Gents will be in the Conference Hall

17:30 hrs: Hi-Tea at ‘Aravalli’

18:30 hrs: Business Conference at “Aravalli” Hall

21:00 hrs: Dinner starts

Overnight stay at Udaipur in respective hotel

DAY 3 (17th October)

05:00 hrs:Interested Guests Board coach for visiting Nathdwara Shrinathji temple

(People visiting Nathdwara will return to the hotel around 08:00 am)

07:00 hrs: Breakfast at hotel

08:30 hrs: Check-out and board coaches.

– Depart for respective locations. Buses start departing from 08:00 hrs

Lunch: At a local restaurant en-route highway.
